Cotton-nylon in a 64/36 blend is the most breathable combination. The jackets in this material are half-lined with patterned cotton lining on the upper body, while the section from the waist down remains unlined. Wax-treated cotton-nylon in a 72/28 blend adds a natural water-repellent surface without a synthetic membrane. Polyester with mechanical stretch and TPU lamination is the most weather-resistant choice.
